How do I contact the provider?
Do you see living space that has caught your attention? At the bottom of the accommodation page you’ll find a contact form. This contact form is linked directly to the email address of the provider. You and the provider can contact each other directly through email.
How can I respond to accommodation?
You can only react if you have a premium account and you are logged in to Papayo. There are two ways to create an account and/or log in. Use:
- your email address or
- your Facebook account
Note. If you create an account through Facebook, we will never post on your timeline.
I can't establish contact with the provider?
Of course, that is a nuisance. FindaRoom.london offers providers with the opportunity to offer their accommodation on our website. If the provider doesn’t reply, then maybe he is (temporarily) not capable to respond. So, please be a little patient and don’t flood the provider with messages. That won’t increase your chances of getting the accommodation. Certain accommodations are more popular than others. Sometimes you’re the only one interested, sometimes one of many. We think it is important that a provider contacts everyone directly to let them know if they are applicable for the accommodation. In case you don’t get a reply, don’t sit around waiting; check out the other adverts as well.
Good to know; if you have created the account through Facebook, then the provider will receive your messages from the email address linked to your Facebook account. So, you want to keep an eye on that mailbox.
Is the room of my liking still available?
Adverts for rooms that are not available anymore, are of use to no one. The provider must remove these adverts. If this does not happen, and we discover the room is unavailable, Papayo will remove the advert. We aim to only display available rooms on the website. Alas, we can’t offer a 100% guarantee.
The latest accommodation is always displayed at the top of the selection. A word of advice: always respond to new accommodation as soon as possible.
Why can't I find the area of my preference on FindaRoom.london?
FindaRoom.london is quite a new service. We are working very hard to add more locations to our site.
What does it cost to react to accommodation?
To contact the landlord you need to have a premium account. We offer two different premium accounts:
1 month of unlimited access £7,99
2 months of unlimited access £9,99
Can I expect additional costs?
Once you have responded through FindaRoom.london, we will not charge you for any extra costs.
It is possible, though, that you have responded to an advert of a real estate agency. A realtor might charge you with a ‘contract fee’ or something if you become the new tenant. If the advert doesn’t mention anything regarding this subject, ask for it. This will prevent you from unexpected costs.
Can I register on the address?
You are obliged to register in the city where you live. Unless you live there under four months. Providers can indicate under ‘details’ if and when you can register. If not indicated, inquire with the provider is this is possible.
Who is offering the rooms?
The accommodation on FindaRoom.london is offered by landlords and realtors.
Am I dealing with a fraud?
Unfortunately, there are fraudulent persons active on accommodation rental sites as well. We try to avert these people as much as possible. With every advert, always ask yourself if it is “too good to be true”.
If you think it is, don’t respond to the advert. There’ll be new opportunities to find your new living space.

What does it cost to offer accommodation?
There is no charge for offering accommodation.
Why can't I see the area I want to offer accommodation in on FindaRoom.london?
You want to rent out accommodation, but the area isn’t on FindaRoom.london? Let us know, so we can add the area as soon as possible.
Why is my advert altered?
you have to adhere to our terms. For example, we check if the text in your advert is offensive or if you advertise for third parties. Aside from that, you always have to use the FindaRoom.london contact form. Any contact information in the advert text is deleted.
Why can't I find my advert?
All adverts are checked to see if they comply to our terms. This way, we can reject inappropriate adverts. This also helps to minimize fraudulent situations. We aim to check every advert within 24 hours.
Why don't I provide a house number in my advert?
There is a very simple reason for this: privacy.
You are placing your living space on the FindaRoom.london website, because you are looking for a new tenant. And you want to stay in control. You are not looking for people who unexpectantly peep through your windows at night, ring your door bell and/or disturb roommates.
I have forgotten my password, now what?
No problem. Click the “Login” button, top right on the website. Next, a pop-up appears. Click on “Forgot your password?”.
If you don’t receive an email, first check your ‘junkmail’. If you don’t receive a reply, contact us.
Can I remove my advert?
Of course, you can. If you want to remove your advert from FindaRoom.london, you can do so under ‘Profile’ and under ‘My properties’.
When you click on ‘Delete’, the advert will be deleted completely from the website.
Can I delete my account?
