Lovely double room for single use in North West London. No agency! £550 per month Bills are paid between flatmates – Aprox. £70 per month Ground floor Double room in a lovely house share. You will be sharing some of the great spaces in this house with 4 other flatmates. A nice shared living room and a huge kitchen with 3 fridges, 2 sinks and 2 stoves. An amazing back garden to enjoy the summer sun while dipping into our puddle pool (quite big though) 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets and a bathroom, so no worries about queuing in the mornings. Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk from Willesden Green station (Zone 2/3) and 10 minutes from Dollis Hill Station (Zone 3). Lots of restaurants and local shops around the block and a big Sainsbury’s less than 5 minutes walking. Bus stop is just around the corner and you can easily reach Queen’s Park Farmers Market on a Sunday or head to Primark, Argos, TKMAXX, Poundland and more in Kilburn High Road. They are just a 10 minute bus ride away! Current flatmates are between ages 26 -32 and looking for someone close to that age (22-36), preferably female to keep the house balanced. It’s a very friendly international house, but also everyone is very respectful of each others privacy. Looking for someone friendly, clean and responsible. I’ve been living here for the last 2 years and absolutely loved it! Just moving on to new stages in life but I want to find someone to keep up the positive attitude and energy around the house.
