Lovely Double Bedroom in Old Street/Angel

We are looking for a flatmate to move in our lovely flat located near one of the coolest areas of London: Shoreditch!

The flat is in an amazing location, just 10 minutes walking from Old Street and Angel, next to Shoreditch Park and to Regent canal, a few mins walk away from shops, bars and restaurants.

The flat has 3 big double bedrooms, a large living room with a cheslong, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony.
The bedroom is approximately 3.91m x 2.39m and comes with a double bed, built in double wardrobe and storage.

You will share the house with two girls: Iryna, Ukranian, 26 years old and studyng a Master’s Degree, and Angela, Italian, 32 years old NPD Manager. We are both friendly, easygoing and tidy, and we work normal hours from Monday to Friday. Sometimes we like having friends for dinner or at weekends, but during the week we are pretty relaxed.

We’re looking for a girl to join us, ideally a professional aged between 25 and 37, friendly, who is happy to socialise, tidy and respectful. No couples sorry!

If you want to find a flat yu can call home, you enjoy watching Netflix at night or sharing a glass of wine, then get in touch!

The rent is £650 pcm (excluding bills) + £894 deposit.
