WLM St Luke’s is in Kennington, SE11. We offer high quality, low-cost rooms for single people working full time to deliver key services such as emergency service workers, hospital staff, health care workers, home carers, cleaners, etc.
St Luke’s is a large building in a quiet residential street close to both Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) and Kennington (Northern line) tubes in Zone 2. It is also a short bus ride to Waterloo.
St Luke’s has 26 single bedrooms to lease. The rooms have shared facilities with 5 kitchen points in the building and showers and bathrooms roughly 1 between 2. Part of the building is the St Luke’s Hub, a community space where a wide range of different activities and events are held every week.
All St Luke’s residents will sign a license agreement which outlines the values that will smooth the process of shared living. We are looking for people in full-time employment.
WLM is a charity which undertakes a wide range of social and community work in London. All surpluses from the rent we receive at St Luke’s go back into supporting our work to make London a better place.
