*The double-room is in a two bedroom flat set across two floors; the ground and first floor of the building. The room has a large amount of storage space, with built in wardrobes, a dresser and under bed storage available and is located at the back of the property facing the garden. The shower-based ensuite leads off the bedroom and has a small vanity and ample under sink storage.

* There is a decent sized open plan living and dining room that opens onto the kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchenware, a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The large backyard requires minimal gardening efforts with a lovely grassed area and small back patio with table and chairs.

* The property is located within a 3 minute walk of Clapham North tube and neighbours a small local convenience store and laundromat. There are local pubs within a short walk from the house and Clapham Common is less than 10minutes walk along the main road.

* Rent and bills are split equally: Rent £1050pm and bills are variable based on the time of year (roughly £120/month; including broadband, council tax, water, electricity and gas). The let is 12 – 18 months with the usual break clause.

Your future flatmate: She’s British, 38 and currently works as a Brand & Marketing Consultant. She’s got many hobbies (exercise, travel, netflix, wine, sports etc etc). She’s a tenant. Not a live-in landlady!
In terms of the future flatmate: they would be a like-minded professional who wants to live somewhere that they can call home. You would enjoy being social, happy to engage in the occasional summer garden BBQ and chill together watching TV with a wine. It is important you would be respectable of each others privacy and space as well.
